What funding for NHS in No Deal scenario ?

It has been announced that although the Department for Health and Social Care has been allocated £71million by the treasury to prepare for Brexit, they are unable to offer a the specific breakdown of funding for the NHS in a No-Deal scenario.

Leader of the Liberal Democrats Vince Cable said:

"Matt Hancock has been boasting about being the world's biggest buyer of fridges, yet his department doesn't even appear to know how much it is spending on preparing for a no-deal Brexit. The Government needs to come clear with taxpayers on which particular Brexit blackholes it is pouring their money down."

David Minchella, Vice Chair of Stockton Liberal Democrats has asked "With the NHS having been chronically underfunded for a number of years, is it not wise that the specific funding be ring-fenced for a potential No-Deal scenario? Or is the NHS expected to carry the load for the no deal Brexit brought about by the Conservative party pandering to the right of their party, rather than governing in the national interest?"
