JACQUIE HEARS YOUNG VOTERS

Jacquie Bell, Liberal Democrat Candidate for Stockton South attended debates for young people at Stockton 6th Form College and Yarm School. A debate at Egglescliffe School was put off due to the volcanic ash which detained its organiser abroad.

Both schools offered lively debates ,"noted Jacquie , "There were questions on a range of areas from Corus, to Tuition fees to the Economy and how to Contain the Lib Dems.

Nick Clegg's performances in the national TV debates have ensured interest across the constituency. Local people realise they have more choice than between Labour and Conservative and are determined to find out more about the Lib Dems".
