Parliamentary spokesman for Stockton South, Jacquie Bell was active at Party Conferences raising issues with Lib Dems in key positions nationally.

She has discussed the complexity of the updated Attendance Allowance form with Steve Webb, the Work and Pensions Spokesperson.

She has also raised the controversy of the use of 084 numbers by Government departments like the Department of Work and Pensions, hospitals and GPs with Steve Webb, Ross Finnie the Scottish Health spokesperson and Baroness Ros Scott the new Lib Dem party President. Baroness Scott agreed that the use of 084 numbers charged the most vulnerable for being unwell and agreed that Parliamentary questions should be asked as to their continued use.
