Durham Lane Stockton Council have received an outline planning application (08/0567/EIS) with Environmental Impact Studies for mixed use development comprising warehousing, industrial, residential, care home, retail and community uses plus associated parking, roads, landscaping and infrastructure of the following densities:- up to 10,000m2 of B2 industrial and / or B8 warehouse space, up to 2,200m2 of B1(c) light industrial space, up to 500 C3 residential dwellings, up to 250m2 of A1 retail space, up to 5,000m2 of C2 care home accommodation and up to 500m2 of D1 community space. 4.
