1. Stockton Council Planning

Owing to essential work being carried out upgrading the planning servers there will be no online planning service available on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday this week.

2. Aislaby

Stockton Council have received a retrospective planning application for change of use of agricultural buildings and land to racing greyhound kennels, training and exercise area. Erection of security light and camera. Comments by 17-3-08.

3. Preston Park

a. Stockton Council & Tees Archaeology have just produced a new leaflet "Preston Park & the Stockton & Darlington Railway".

b. Councillors Maureen Rigg, Alan Lewis & John Fletcher attended the formal opening yesterday by Prof. David Bellamy of the restored Winter Garden of Preston Hall.

4. Urlay Nook

For a short period Stockton Council's Planning website incorrectly said that planning application 08/0241/OUT (industrial estate at S Urlay Nook Farm) was for "land 429 metres to the west of the Cleveland & Durham Constabulary Tactical Training Facility, Urlay Nook Road". In fact the Application is for land to the west, south & east of the Facility.

5. Muirfield Road

The revised planning application for 2 dormer bungalows in the grounds of 529 Yarm Road has been withdrawn.

6. 14 Butts Lane

Stockton Council has received an outline planning proposal for a 2-storey dwelling with attached garage on the plot on the SE side of Lane End. Comments by 14-3-08.

7. 2A Albert Road

Stockton Council has received a planning application for change of use from office/storage building to residential accommodation.

8. The Avenue

Stockton Council has received an outline planning application for the erection of 5 detached residential units on land to the rear of Copsewood.
